Job Title: Intermediate Teller
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Intermediate Teller will represent the bank to customers in a courteous and professional manner, providing prompt, efficient and accurate service. Certify checks and accept stop payment orders. Accept variety of payments. Assist other Tellers in balancing daily transactions, verify tickets, count cash and balance the area.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Good interpersonal skills, mathematical aptitude.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Candidates must have familiarity with Windows based programs.
- At least one (1) year teller experience.

SALES & SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Job Title: Sales & Service Representative
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Sales & Service Representative will open new accounts and prepare initial deposit tickets. Actively market the Bank and its products and services, including distribution of information regarding Bank products when necessary. Resolve customer complaints and inquiries by telephone and in person regarding existing accounts. Prepare and submit written investigations to respective departments. Verify new account printouts, review maturities daily and cancel/assign account numbers or close accounts. Perform investigation on unprocessed ATM deposits, issue stop payments and report lost/stolen checks.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

At least two (2) years of past banking experience in a customer service capacity.

Job Title: Retail Banking Representative
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Retail Banking Representative will provide a high quality of customer service in a broad variety of activities. Will be called on to work in both the Teller and Customer Service areas, according to needs. Responsible for presenting a full array of Bank products to existing and potential customers at the Branch and at off-site events. Support branch management in achievement of Branch sales goals, including training and mentoring front-line staff.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Candidates must possess a minimum of two (2) years Platform experience and a minimum of two (2) years Teller experience.

Thorough knowledge of all Branch related functions.

Knowledge of windows based programs is necessary.
