Corporate Contributions & Community Involvement
The Bank's Community Development Grant Program supports non-profit 501 (c)3 community development organizations located in New York City and neighboring suburbs; Metro Washington, D.C.; Northeastern NJ; Atlantic County, NJ; Clark County, Nevada; and Los Angeles County, California. Our focus is on supporting organizations and programs that create and preserve affordable housing, train people for jobs, strengthen local economies and expand small businesses.
Organizations meeting the above criteria are encouraged to first send a request letter and some descriptive materials by mail to the Bank's Community Development Department prior to completing a grant application. Please direct all correspondence to the following address:

Senior Bank Officers volunteer their time to serve on the boards and committees of many community-based non-profit community development organizations that strengthen our communities and foster greater social and economic equality.
Some of the non-profit community development groups that the Bank supports and works with include: Neighborhood Housing Services of NYC, The New York Mortgage Coalition, Vocational Foundation, Inc., Citizen's Advice Bureau, Asian Americans for Equality, Sunset Park Business Improvement District, Abyssinian Development Corporation, Bed-Stuy Restoration Corporation, East River Development Alliance, Business Initiative Corporation of New York, Coalition for Debtor Education, South Bronx Overall Economic Development Corporation, Housing and Neighborhood Development Services in New Jersey, Capital Area Asset Builders in Washington, D.C., Nevada Micro-Enterprise in Las Vegas and the Pasadena, California Chamber of Commerce.
