Daniel A. Greene is the Executive Vice President and Director of Amalgamated Bank‘s Commercial Banking Division. Mr. Greene is responsible for managing the Division’s many functions, which include Middle Market Banking, Treasury Management Services, and Amalgamated Business Credit, the bank’s asset-based financing unit. Overall, the Division provides a broad range of credit products and depository services tailored to meet the needs of its clients.

 

Mr. Greene brings to Amalgamated his banking expertise and skills as a highly innovative leader, who knows how to achieve growth objectives. Located at 275 Seventh Avenue in Manhattan, the Division serves clients in the New York Metro area as well as in Washington, D.C., Las Vegas, Nevada, and Pasadena, California.

Prior to joining Amalgamated Bank, Mr. Greene served as a Senior Vice President/Division Manager for JP Morgan Chase Bank in Melville, New York. In that capacity he was responsible for portfolio management and business development activities in Queens and Nassau counties.

From 2003 to 2007, he was a Senior Vice President with GE Commercial Finance and served in that firm’s Corporate Lending Group.

Also, from 2000 to 2003, he headed up Fleet Bank’s New York based Middle Market Banking/Apparel & Related Textiles Group.

He is a graduate of Adelphi University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.
