Louis DeLuca

Co-Director of the Commercial Banking Group

Mr. DeLuca is an Executive Vice President/Co-Director of the Commercial Banking Group of Amalgamated Bank. Mr. DeLuca is responsible for co-managing a Group of Commercial Bankers and Middle Market Lenders who are responsible for $650MM in outstanding loans. He also manages the Health Care Financial Services unit of the Commercial Banking Group.

The Group maintains offices at 275 Seventh Avenue in New York City and Pasadena, California. Prior to joining Amalgamated, Mr. DeLuca was a Senior Vice President and Team Leader in the Middle Market Lending Group at North Fork Bank, where he managed a diversified portfolio of clients consisting of private and publicly-traded companies and completed numerous acquisition financings.

Mr. De Luca has in-depth strategic business development experience, which he gained while working with such diverse firms as Northern Business Systems, Inc, IBJ Schroder and LDL Associates Inc., a merchant banking firm he founded in 1991. He began his career at Bankers Trust Company in 1970.

Mr. DeLuca holds a BS Degree in Finance from Fordham University and he attended the masters in business administration program at Pace University.
