Dalia Ophir manages and directs all aspects of the information technology functions and operations at Amalgamated Bank. Ms. Ophir's responsibilities encompass providing a stable, secure, cost effective, risk controlled and fully compliant technology platform on which to conduct the Bank's business. She also works to insure the Bank's infrastructure supports its growth objectives and innovates new technologies and systems in strategic alignment with the Bank's current and long term business goals.

Prior to joining Amalgamated Bank, Ms. Ophir served as Chief Information Officer at IDB Bank in New York. At the bank, she built the IT division from the ground-up and managed all aspects of Information Technology for the entire institution.

At her previous position, Ms. Ophir was Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Cover-All Technologies in Fair Lawn, N.J. At the firm, she provided technology direction and vision as well as the architecture for the company's software products, which are used by the property and casualty insurance industry. Ms. Ophir has a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Tel-Aviv University in Israel, and also completed a 600-hour program with honors in System Architecture & Design/MIS. She is a member of a CIO Forum at Fordham University's Graduate School of Business.

Ms. Ophir has over twenty five years experience in designing and deploying comprehensive technology solutions for large finance and insurance organizations in both the United States and Europe.
