Business Development Officer

Brad joined Amalgamated Capital in August 2010, and is responsible for sourcing, analyzing and structuring new Asset Based and Cash Flow loans. Brad will represent Amalgamated Capital in transactions involving senior secured financing to support investments made by private equity sponsors. Brad will also focus on transactions with investment banks, intermediaries, syndicating banks, and public and private companies.

Prior to his role as Business Development Officer, Brad spent two years as an Underwriter and Portfolio Manager with Amalgamated Capital.

Prior to joining Amalgamated Capital, he spent five years at CIT Group, where he held positions in Relationship Management, Underwriting and Business Development of Asset Based and Cash Flow loans. He also participated in CIT’s full-time Credit Training Program. He was the 2010 Co-Chair of CIT’s Community Involvement Board and currently serves as the Vice President of the New York Chapter of the Commercial Finance Association.

Brad earned a Bachelor of Science in Management from the Martin J. Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University.
