Q: Is any of my personal information stored in AmalgamatedOnline®?
A: Yes, AmalgamatedOnline® stores your Customer ID, password and user preferences.
Q: How current is my banking information?
A: Your account information is updated immediately with any new transactions that have been processed throughout the day.
Q: What accounts will I be able to access through AmalgamatedOnline®?
A: You can access your Checking, Money Market, Savings, U-Save, IRA and Loan accounts through AmalgamatedOnline®, which is intended to give you as much access, security, and versatility as possible.
Q: How much account information can I view at once?
A: The system will automatically show the current month's transactions and information. However, by selecting User Options, you can choose to view up to three months of transactions and information.
Q: Can I view my account details in more than one way?
A: Yes, you can view your accounts by date, check number, payee, amount or balance in ascending or descending order.
Q: In what formats can I download my transaction history?
A: AmalgamatedOnline® supports downloads to Quicken™ or as a comma-delimited text file.
Q: Can I schedule future transfers?
A: Yes. You can schedule immediate, future and recurring transfers of funds between your Amalgamated Bank accounts.
Q: When can I use AmalgamatedOnline® services?
A: With AmalgamatedOnline®, you have access to your account information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!
Q: How long can I be inactive before being logged out of the Internet Banking product?
A: The inactivity time out is set for 10 minutes.
Q: What is required to use AmalgamatedOnline®?
A: All you need to use AmalgamatedOnline® is a secure browser that supports 128 bit encryption, such as Microsoft Internet Explorer®, Netscape Navigator® or America Online®. You can use any computer that has Internet access.
Q: How do I access AmalgamatedOnline®?
A: Before you can use AmalgamatedOnline®, you must read the Bank's disclosure and complete the registration form. Click here to begin! You must have an existing checking, savings or loan account before banking online.
Q: Can I create my own password that is easy for me to remember?
A: Yes, at the time you register, you will be asked to create your own password.
Q: What happens if I forget or lose my password?
A: If you forget your password, you can reset it on your own by following a simple set of Online instructions. You can also call Online Banking Technical Support at 866-660-2578, 24 hours a day/7 days a week and a representative will help you.
