Thomas O'Donnell is responsible for all Public Equity investment strategies including Commingled Funds and Separately Managed Accounts and the Bank's Public Equity sub-investment advisors. He joined the Bank in 2001 with 25 years of experience encompassing portfolio management, performance evaluation, investment research, securities lending and SEC compliance. Prior to joining the Bank, Mr. O'Donnell was a senior portfolio manager for American Re Asset Management (ARAM) in Florham Park, N.J. He was responsible for the analysis of corporate and mortgage-backed securities and management of property & casualty insurance company taxable fixed income portfolios. Before joining First Quadrant (predecessor organization to ARAM) in 1989, Mr. O'Donnell was a senior investment officer at J&W Seligman in New York. Mr. O'Donnell is a graduate of Iona College with a BBA in Finance.
