Mindy Naylor

Vice President

Mindy Naylor joined Amalcap in 2009 and is responsible for underwriting and portfolio management at Amalgamated Capital.

Previously, Mindy was an Investment Officer at CapitalSource Finance, LLC where she was responsible for structuring, underwriting, and documentation of private equity sponsored, middle market, cash flow leveraged transactions. In 2006, prior to joining CapitalSource, she was a Vice President in the Sponsor Finance group at CIT Group, Inc. Mindy also spent four years at GE Antares, two and a half of which were spent in the London, England office. She began her career in 2000 as an analyst at Heller Financial, Inc., subsequently GE Antares.

Mindy has a B.S. in Finance and International Business from Ohio University.
