A: You can access your Checking, Money Market, Savings, U-Save, IRA and Loan accounts through AmalgamatedOnlineTM, which is intended to give you as much access, security, and versatility as possible.
Q: Is any of my personal information stored in AmalgamatedOnlineTM?
A: Yes, AmalgamatedOnlineTM stores your Customer ID, password and user preferences. If you keep a stock portfolio, that information is also stored.
Q: How current is my banking information?
A: Your account information is updated several times a day with any new transactions that have been processed throughout the day.
Q: What accounts will I be able to access through AmalgamatedOnlineTM?
A: You can access your Checking, Money Market, Savings, U-Save, IRA and Loan accounts through AmalgamatedOnlineTM, which is intended to give you as much access, security, and versatility as possible.
Q: How much account information can I view at once?
A: The system will automatically show the current month's transactions and information. However, by selecting User Options, you can choose to view up to three months of transactions and information.
Q: Can I view my account details in more than one way?
A: Yes, you can view your accounts by date, check number, payee, amount or balance in ascending or descending order.
Q: In what formats can I download my transaction history?
A: AmalgamatedOnlineTM supports downloads to Quicken™, Microsoft Money™ or as a comma-delimited text file.
Q: Can I schedule future transfers?
A: Yes. You can schedule immediate, future and recurring transfers of funds between your Amalgamated Bank accounts.
Q: When can I use AmalgamatedOnlineTM services?
A: With AmalgamatedOnlineTM, you have access to your account information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!
Q: How many stocks can I track in my online portfolio?
A: Your online portfolio will track up to 20 stocks.

A: The inactivity time out is set for 10 minutes.
Q: What is required to use AmalgamatedOnlineTM?
A: All you need to use AmalgamatedOnlineTM is a secure browser that supports 128 bit encryption, such as Microsoft Internet Explorer®, Netscape Navigator® or America Online®. You can use any computer that has Internet access.
Q: How do I access AmalgamatedOnlineTM?
A: Before you can use AmalgamatedOnlineTM, you must read the Bank's disclosure and complete the registration form. Click here to begin! You must have an existing checking, savings or loan account before banking online.
Q: Can I create my own password that is easy for me to remember?
A: Yes, at the time you register, you will be asked to create your own password.
Q: What happens if I forget or lose my password?
A: If you forget your password, you can reset it on your own by following a simple set of Online instructions. You can also call the Online Banking Department at 212-620-8810 (outside of New York State, please call 1-866-290-3246) Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M. Eastern Time and a representative will help you.
