Jacob Nimmer

Jacob Nimmer is the Senior Vice President and Director of Commercial Real Estate at Amalgamated Bank. He manages the Amalgamated Bank CRE teams in New York, Washington, D.C., Boston, and San Francisco. Prior to joining the Bank in 2022, Jacob spent more than a decade at M&T Bank as a relationship manager. Jacob has originated more than $1.5bn of loans during his career and cultivated CRE relationships with existing and new customers, delivering tailored financing solutions. Jacob holds a B.S. in Finance and Marketing from George Washington University and a M.A. in Real Estate from New York University.
