Equity & Fixed Income Options

Our LongView family of equity index funds and separately managed accounts provide investment results that seek to replicate the performance of the specific index. This is done by investing in all the stocks contained in the index based on the relative weight each stock represents within the index. Equity index funds offer the advantage of low portfolio turnover and transaction expense.

The goal of each fund is to outperform the respective benchmark by 100 to 150 basis points with diversified investment strategies that utilize a variety of proprietary quantitative trading models and risk constraints intended to limit potential underperformance.

The International Value Equity strategy uses fundamental research to identify a portfolio of 50-80 stocks believed to be undervalued by the market (and thus have a lower price than their true worth) with portfolio construction driven by a quantitative risk-scoring framework.

Amalgamated Bank's LongView family of fixed income strategies and separately managed accounts are designed to provide a low volatility and attractive rate of return, while seeking to minimize risk. Investment vehicles range from conservative short-term, intermediate, and opportunistic funds to our specialty funds. Domestic fixed income strategies are also available through separately managed accounts or through our commingled funds.
