As part of our ongoing commitment to delivering best-in-class service and maintaining the highest standards of security and reliability, Amalgamated Bank is transitioning our statement production and delivery platform from our legacy ePresent system to the Doxim Customer Experience Platform (CXP).

During the initial phase of this transition, beginning on May 15, clients will be required to log in directly to the Doxim portal to access statements and related documents. Instructions with the URL and userID information will be provided.

We are actively working to implement a single sign-on (SSO) integration, which will allow seamless access through our existing channels. We will notify you as soon as this enhanced functionality becomes available.

Please note, this is for statement access only. You will still have access to AIM and can logon as you normally do.
