The main changes are aesthetic – a brand-new design/look & feel – and improvements to navigation. The app will be easier to use with a more intuitive layout. Core functionalities like paying bills, checking balances, and transferring funds remain the same.
To start enjoying the new features, simply update the app version of the Amalgamated Mobile App through your device's app store (App Store for iOS, Google Play Store for Android).
If you have enrolled in our online banking, you can login to the mobile app using your existing online banking credentials. If you haven’t enrolled in our online banking, you can enroll now in the mobile app directly.
Please note: when you login to the mobile app, you'll be asked to provide a one-time security code which will be sent to the phone number registered to your account. For detailed instructions, please view the "How to login to the mobile app" video above.
Yes, your online banking credentials will remain the same, valid for both website and app logins.
The update is primarily a UI (User Interface) update. All customer data, account information, saved settings, and scheduled payments will remain completely intact and will not be affected by this aesthetic change.
