To add additional users, please do the following:

1. Hover over the “Administration” tab

2. Select “Manage Users”

3. Click on “Create New User”

4. Enter in the person’s information

5. For the password, just type in Password1 (This is a dummy password, since XXXX will create XXXX own PIN.  Typing in Password1 allows you to get to the next screen)

6. Click “Continue”

7. Click on “Copy User” and then click on “Select User"

• Click on any user you want to mirror (This will create the same roles and services as the copied user)
• Click “Copy User”
• Click “Continue”

8. Click “Continue” through the remaining screens (everything defaults to the Roles/Services/Limits of the user you copied)

9. After you complete the setup, let us know what phone type the new user has iPhone or Android

10. We will then email the new user a Token QR Code
