Add approval authority to a user in AOTM

To add approval authority to a user, do the following:

1. Hover over the “Administration” tab

2. Select “Manage Users”

3. Select the User ID you wish to edit

4. Click on “Edit Roles” on the left of the Roles section

5. Check off the empty box next to “Allow this user to approve transactions”

6. Click “Save Changes”

7. Click “Return to User Profile”

8. After the user is set up for approvals, you must assign the accounts and services they will need to approve transaction for
